chronicles of micmic

this is where the writing stops for a while. classes are gonna start tomorrow, and this is presumably going to be the last day i'm gonna have extra time to write in my dear dear diary.  if ever i get time, i'm still gonna write, but as long as there's work, work goes first. 

so while i still have time, im gonna fill you in on how i spent my very last day of summer.  Max, Sayc, Marv, Louie, Kmart, and Rai were here this afternoon, and i couldn't have chosen anybody else to spend my last day with.

events followed the typical tambay scenario: movie, foodtrip, then the kwento session.  watched Sin City(brutal amputa), ate chips, shared stories. pero kahit ganito lang ginawa namin, nageenjoy pa rin kami! call it shallow if you like, but this is just the way we are. it don't matter what were doin, so long as we do it together, we're good. and i'ma miss all this again. when classes start, we wont be seein each other that much again. i just hope im wrong.

time to get back to reality. back to work. back to torture(eventually). back to school. crap. but hey, at least...at least.

 

 PS by the way, the reason why this entry is entitled that is coz my knee wound re-opened. just thought it'd be cool mention my skin peeling off.

 

huhuhuhuhuhu.....my crush backed out of our "date". it took me more than a year to finally have the guts to ask her out, but to no avail. Okay na sana eh...what did i do wrong now?....hope this is temporary...

               ....<sigh>...napasobra nuod.

     i just finished watching power rangers!! astig! reminiscing the good old days when the problems i had were arguing who the best power ranger was. i watched it with Louie after visiting Marv in his new place. (Which now looks really nice, by the way. their stuff's all organized and stuff.)  It felt good to finally visit him after they moved.  at least we still get to see each other.

    Back to the topic, Power Rangers was the bomb! Lalo na si Kimberly! hehe, childhood crushes.  it was fun watching it. made me lose about a pound of BRAIN. made me laugh to see them talk while they fight. SUPER CHEEZY DIALOG! WHY, OH WHY, DON'T THEY JUST SHUT UP WHEN BIG ASS MONSTERS ARE TRYING TO KILL 'EM?!!? The villains have more acting skill than the six of em put together! and the special effects, dont even get me started with the special effects...oh okay! they were crap! the special effects in Darna were better. (and comming from me, that's sayin somethin.) but hey, Power Rangers is still the best! nothin like a dose of it to make you feel like a kid again. and right now, that's what i really need.

     Enyways, tinatawag na ko ni Zordon. Time to save the universe!

 

I have a wound on my knee the size of an oreo cookie, extremely painful sunburns on both shoulders, muscle pain on my legs, arms, neck and back, and I can barely sit up without having someone pull me up. In short, half my body is in excruciating pain, and the other half is just too numb already. But hey, IT WAS WELL WORTH IT.

My “boring days” streak has gone to a stop…finally. Just in time to finish summer with a bang! P3 went on an outing to Caylabne, Cavite. There was a beach and a pool and sights that were nothing less than amazing. This was all planned by our wonderful, wonderful blockmate, China. Thank China!!!!! Anyways, here’s a little summary of what went on in our trip and its highlights:

 

1. Meeting in 7 11 Katipunan at 6 am.
2. Finding out we don’t have Saturday classes anymore. (YEY!:slaphappy
3. 3 hour drive to Caylabne.
4. Seeing wonderful sites on the way there.
5. Almost puking in King’s “pampresidente” car.
6. Seeing a refrigerator in a car!!!! (Sorry…first time.)
7. Mon shouting “I Love You Angeli!” in the car. (Hahaha, lupit talga ni Mon!)
8. Having a LSS on “Tell Me Where It Hurts” all day. (Damn that song! Get off my head!!!!)
9. Swimming all day at the beach, then the pool.
10. Learning how to SKIMBOARD!! Anlupet!! Ansaya!! (Jino, salamat ng marami!!)
11. Falling off the skimboard painfully and trying and trying again, hoping to break every bone in my body.
12. Gelo digging a hole big enough to bury a treasure chest when he fell from the skim board. (weheheheheehehehe!!!!)
13. Burying Dods, Casper and King under the sand.
14. Eating lunch. Pasta and chicken. Yum! (Chi, galling magluto.)
15. Tong-its with Richs and Mon, and Mon beating us in each and every game!
16. Photo shoots! (andaming cam, andaming pictures, ansakit sa panga!)
17. 4 hour drive to Petron South Super Highway for dinner…and not being able to move at all in the back of King’s car. (my ass went numb, pramis!!!)
18. Another hour of travel from there to Ateneo. (At least isang oras na lang.:alice
19. Getting home and still having the strength to YM. Hehe.:p

 

Well, that was my day. Fun. UBER FUN! tiring, but it was well worth it. Words can’t say how grateful I am for these experiences with my BELOVED blockmates. Hanggang sa uulitin blockmates!

I had bangus for dinner today. It was great! It was soo good, I had to have two servings!

…you know the sad part is that this was the highlight of my day.

 

My day was full of nothing. It was as much fun as watching GRASS GROW. to make it worse, i had a runny nose all day!

 

Hehe, joke lang. I didn’t give enough justice to what I said. My day wasn’t as fun as watching grass grow, oh no, it was less fun!

 

At least tomorrow, me and my blockmates are gonna go on an outing! That’s sure to be a hell of a lot more fun than this! I hope it doesn’t rain tomorrow. If ever it is, I pray to God that it’s not gonna be that bad. i've already prepared my things, sayang naman kung di matuloy.
